Waarom is de wet allocatie arbeidskrachten intermediairs belangrijk?

De Wet allocatie arbeidskrachten door intermediairs (Waadi) waarborgt gelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden en bescherming voor uitzendkrachten, zoals salaris en secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden. Uitzendbureaus moeten geregistreerd zijn, en opdrachtgevers en bureaus zijn samen verantwoordelijk voor naleving. De wet voorkomt misstanden en creëert eerlijkheid in de arbeidsmarkt. Niet-naleving kan leiden tot forse boetes en juridische problemen.

Wat is de wet DBA en waarom is het belangrijk?

De Wet DBA regelt de arbeidsrelatie tussen freelancers en opdrachtgevers om schijnzelfstandigheid te voorkomen. Freelancers moeten zelfstandig werken zonder gezagsverhouding, en opdrachtgevers dragen verantwoordelijkheid om een dienstverband te vermijden. Vanaf 2025 worden modelovereenkomsten vervangen en ligt de nadruk op feitelijke samenwerking. Schijnzelfstandigheid kan leiden tot boetes en naheffingen, dus duidelijke afspraken en zelfstandigheid zijn essentieel.
