An interview with professional Louk Notten

Interim Manager Louk Notten is currently working on a government assignment through Striive. Since 2004, he has been an independent professional, helping various clients. Improving customer processes

“As an Interim Manager, I focus on improving commercial and operational processes for clients. They hire me for various reasons, such as cost savings or increasing customer satisfaction. Sometimes there is a need to map the market and create a plan for commercial improvements. Often, there is growth or contraction happening within the organization, and extra hands are needed to set up a project alongside the daily business. How and for how long I am involved in a project depends on the nature of the assignment.”

From self-management to outsourcing

“Normally, I handle my assignments independently and take care of all administrative tasks myself. Last year, when I landed an assignment with the RDI, they asked me to run the hiring process through Between. It takes a few steps to get everything in order, but once that’s done, everything runs smoothly and worry-free.
