It's a handy AI feature to boost your bid, but our recruiters are still the ones who ultimately assess the bid. This additional service optimizes your cv based on evaluation requirements and preferences, while retaining the human touch: tech enables touch!

Here's how it works:

• Log in to your account and click the Check cv button;
• We compare the content of your cv with the job description using AI;
• You receive an overview of the similarities and differences;
• Add the knowledge and skills that you have but aren’t yet listed on your cv to your profile;
• Place a bid and wait for a response from one of our recruiters.

Don't have an account yet? You can easily and quickly create one based on your Chamber of Commerce registration. Once logged in, upload your cv, add a job title, and a short pitch. After that, you're all set to use Striive, allowing us to match you with opportunities and place your bids.
