We would like to share with you optimizations and new features on the Striive platform. What once started as a beta version of the assignment view has now grown into a fully functional tool. Thanks to valuable feedback from our users, we've taken Striive to the next level.
This transition means a smoother, more stable and user-friendly experience, tailored entirely to your needs. We are proud of this move and hope you are as excited as we are about the improvements!
What's New?
1. Improved filters in Search & Match
We've redesigned the filter system to make your search for new jobs even faster and more efficient. Here are the most important updates:
- Filter by assignment type: Due to the DBA law, some assignments are not suitable for your way of working. With this filter you can easily find assignments that are specifically suited for independent professionals or find assignments that involve working through a payroll construction.
- Save and retrieve searches: Not found the right assignment? You can easily save your searches and use them again later.
- Faster through your search results: We load all results at once, allowing you to scroll through your list faster.
- Total number of assignments visible: See at a glance how many assignments are available based on your search criteria.
- AI summary at top of assignment description: With the addition of the AI summary, you can see at a glance if an assignment suits you, without having to read through the entire description.
- Hour filter: Using the slider, you can now filter even more precisely by the number of hours you want to work.
2. Improved search results
Our search engine has undergone a significant upgrade, and search queries now deliver even more relevant results. This means you spend less time searching and find the right jobs faster.
Looking to the future
We continue to develop and already have some exciting features in the pipeline:
- Skills filter: Filter by specific skills soon for even more targeted search results.
- Remote working filter: Find assignments that allow you to work remotely.
- Improved email notifications: Soon receive smarter and more relevant notifications about new assignments.
