Long-term disability can have far-reaching consequences. And before you think “That won't happen to me,” the statistical probability that it does happen to you is between 10 and 12%. Whether something is expensive or not is always subjective. Disability insurance for ZZP-ers comes in all shapes and sizes. Cheaper insurance almost always has limitations in coverage.
