HeadFirst is always looking for innovations to serve clients as optimally as possible. We recently implemented such a new innovation. An additional distribution channel for requests, which means that there is an even greater reach to suppliers and self-employed persons.
In many cases, we send out requests from clients via Nétive VMS. After that, they can be found for suppliers and self-employed persons on Inhuurdesk.nl, as well as the client's Inhuurdesk. Select has recently been added as an additional distribution channel.
Select is the platform of HeadFirst Group, of which Staffing MS is a part. Select includes 40,000+ self-employed persons and 5,500+ suppliers. With this, we boost the distribution power of requests and increase the chance of success in finding the right professional. An equally good and logical step in these times of scarcity on the (flexible) labor market.
We started the rollout with assignments from GVB, Action and PGGM. With this we test whether the technology and the process work as desired. After that, the assignments from other clients of Staffing MS follow, so that we create optimal convenience for suppliers and self-employed persons.
We have the strategy to unite all assignments from clients - regardless of the brand within HeadFirst Group - with each other in Select. With the goal: the largest number of self-employed assignments with end clients under one roof.
