Striive becomes the largest and most user-friendly a assignment platform in the Benelux
HR-tech service provider HeadFirst Group has launched Striive, the largest and most user-friendly assignment platform in the Benelux. Striive helps professionals find new assignments, supports suppliers in matching projects with their talent, and assists organizations in their search for the best candidates. The platform is revolutionary in its ease of use and uniquely leverages artificial intelligence (AI) to connect supply and demand. Moreover, Striive offers innovative services to fully support professionals in their entrepreneurship.
Connector between tech and touch
HeadFirst Group believes in - and advocates for - a fair, open labor market where technology and human touch go hand in hand. In this ‘next world of work,’ Striive assumes the position of an excellent connector. The platform annually brings together more than twenty thousand projects from over five hundred leading organizations in one place. This provides easy access to new career opportunities for professionals, whether they are freelancers or employed by suppliers.
Mattijs Wassenburg, Managing Director Digital at HeadFirst Group, explains: “Our goal with Striive is to make all projects in the market available in one online location for all professionals, regardless of their contract type. Ease of use is crucial here. We have rebuilt the platform from the ground up, based on thousands of reviews, user interviews, and data analysis. Freelancers and suppliers on our platform have four primary needs: 1) challenging projects with reputable clients, 2) minimal administrative hassle, 3) fast invoice payments, and 4) personal contact when they desire it. Striive fulfills the first three needs, giving my colleagues more time to focus on the fourth: the human touch.”
Innovating on a strong foundation
Striive occupies a unique position within the flexible labor market of the Benelux, but its ambitions reach even further. HeadFirst Group has recently joined forces with Impellam, offering global opportunities. Wassenburg elaborates: “Striive is easily scalable to other countries, but my product team’s main focus is still on further innovation on top of our strong foundation. Our ambitious goal is to enable users to complete the contract process within Striive in just 15 minutes on a mobile device. We have already reduced the process time by more than 50%, but we will keep pushing until we reach our goal.”
Additionally, Wassenburg is working on the best AI-based matching service, combined with the expertise of HeadFirst Group’s experienced recruiters. “We already have a user-friendly benchmarking tool that allows professionals to compare their value with peers. Soon, we will add an AI-driven cv checker that performs a fit-gap analysis between the cv and the project. These innovations, along with various insurance options and tools for personal development, fully support professionals in their entrepreneurship, allowing them to focus on their projects.”
