In this edition: Imad Essadeq, co-founder of TestBotics. A young organization, but one that has already been firmly established. What started with an idea and a shared savings pot has grown into a consultancy firm with clear ambitions.
Entrepreneurship from day one
The story of TestBotics does not start with a detailed business plan, but with seizing an opportunity. Imad and his co-founder pooled their savings and got started. That entrepreneurial mindset still guides the company today: rather build, learn, and adjust in practice. In a short time, TestBotics grew into a team of around 18 professionals, working on assignments for both (semi-)government organizations and commercial clients.
Growing with focus and ambition
That growth is no coincidence. TestBotics is deliberately building a close-knit team and following a clear direction: scaling up to 20 to 30 professionals and securing a strong position in the market. Not growth for its own sake, but focused investment in quality and a strong team.
The role of Striive
The collaboration with Striive developed organically through existing contacts. Today, multiple assignments are carried out via the platform, and TestBotics is increasingly making a conscious choice to organise collaborations through Striive. The short communication lines and smooth coordination are seen as key added value.
Looking ahead
The focus is on further growth: attracting new professionals, delivering larger assignments, and strengthening their market position. The foundation is in place. An entrepreneurial mindset, a growing team, and a partnership that evolves alongside their ambitions.
