As an IT service provider, InnSpire supports its clients in digital transformation projects. Owner Marcel Oostveen says: “For example, together with HeadFirst Group we provide IT professionals for projects at leading organizations such as NS, UWV, DICTU and Enexis. What I find very important here is that our people continue to do their work with passion and pleasure and are able to do as much as possible themselves. Within our SocialFlex model, every employee chooses his or her own contract, including the number of hours per week and how much you want to invest in your further development. And precisely because we often work on location with clients, we invest extra in joint development with each other and our clients, including through regular InnSpiration sessions. In this way, a close-knit team of now sixty professionals has been built that is characterized by a special combination of freedom and togetherness.

He enthusiastically describes his team: “We consist of real ‘Agilists’. We can fill all positions within agile projects, from software engineers and test specialists to business analysts and product owners. In addition, we have a team of experienced agile coaches and scrum masters to guide teams, while we also share our expertise with customers in the form of professional training courses. Completely in the agile spirit, value creation is our central focus. Of course, in the current IT shortage it is easy to 'put people on projects' but I want to realize solutions that really solve a customer problem. I'm looking for an optimal combination of job satisfaction and customer value.”

In this Marcel also sees the good match with HeadFirst Group, he says: “HeadFirst Group has a huge network and its delivery reliability to clients is excellent. InnSpire's strength lies in its substantive expertise to really understand client requests and adequately fill them with specific profiles. We are now trying to gain even more synergy from our cooperation. Therefore, we now sit together much more to better understand each other's work and 'language'. The ultimate goal is to better fulfill assignments together as partners with more value for clients.”

“At the moment, more than ten of our employees are working on an assignment with eight different clients, filled through HeadFirst Group. Because this cooperation is very much to our liking and we find that we want to help clients with their issues in a similar way, we are working hard together to further increase that number. Enough inspiration,” Oostveen said.
