Employing more than 20,000 professionals daily through HeadFirst Group

The number of professionals working through one of HeadFirst Group's brands is shooting through the roof! Whereas last year there were 16,000, today we have achieved a wonderful record of no less than 20,000 professionals!

Under the influence of an improving economy, the need for digitalization and further flexibilization of the labor market, the demand for professionals in 2022 has risen to great heights: we receive a record number of assignments to match professionals. And that - despite the scarcity - is going successfully.

New clients

The growth in the number of professionals deployed is partly due to more assignments from existing clients. However, we were also able to welcome several new clients in recent months, such as Klaverblad, the cooperating water boards (Waterschap Drents Overijsselse Delta (WDOD), Waterschap Rijn en IJssel (WRIJ), Waterschap Zuiderzeeland (ZZL) and Waterschap Vechtstromen (WVS)). In addition to these new framework agreements, existing contracts were also extended, such as with RDW, Stichting Inlichtingenbureau, Municipality of Vlaardingen and Province of North Holland.

Professionals who work for these clients, among others, do so in various industries. Think IT, finance, HR, procurement, marketing, communications, legal, banking, sales, business and organization. And should you have the idea that these professionals only work in the Netherlands, that is certainly not the case. Our footprints are already in 13 other countries!
