Business Analyst - Digital Collaboration & Data Governance

We are looking for a business analyst who can join our development squad and act as the interface between the business and the technical team. You will be working on topics such as data governance, information protection and data life cycle management, which are essential for ensuring the quality, security and compliance of our unstructured data assets. You will help us to implement best practices and standards for data governance. By doing so, you will enable our colleagues to collaborate and share data in a secure and compliant manner, and to leverage data as a strategic asset for innovation and decision making.

Making a difference

As a business analyst, you will:
• Engage with stakeholders from different business units and functions to understand their data needs and expectations;
• Translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements for data governance solutions;
• Support the development squad in implementing the requirements in the data governance tooling, and ensure alignment with the overall data strategy and architecture;
• Communicate and collaborate with other business analysts, data stewards, data owners and data users to ensure consistency and quality of data governance across the organization;
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and adoption of data governance solutions, and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.

• Academic thinking and working level
• Good knowledge of collaborative tools like Microsoft M365 or peers.
• Experience with data governance.
• Experience within IT Workplace and/or HR is preferred.
• Strong consulting skills; Excellent presentation and advisory skills.
• Excellent social skills.
• Entrepreneurial and can do mentality.
• Self-Starter
• Innovative Thinker
